Tuesday December 1 is Giving Tuesday and Rossbrook House is happy to once again be participating in this national movement dedicated to giving back.   Last year donors helped to gas up the Rossbrook House vans, this year we’re asking for your help to raise $10,000 towards the purchase of a new van. * Click here to help Rossbrook purchase a new van Rossbrook House vans are used to take participants on outings and to ensure they get home safely each evening. For the third year in a row, FortWhyte Alive, Rossbrook House and Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba (IRCOM) shared a special evening at FortWhyte Alive to celebrate winter for an evening of play and friendship. “Sharing experiences together, especially fun ones, builds relationships and community and that is what this event is all about”, said Rossbrook House Executive Director Phil Chiappetta.  “Rossbrook and IRCOM know the power of seemingly simple exchanges to change perspectives and free us from fears of the unknown.”      #ColdCityWarmHearts has become an annual winter tradition.
