The Leadership Program provides weekly activities and opportunities for boys and girls ages 8-11, and beginning in fall 2023, for youth ages 12-17.

The Leadership program includes community volunteer opportunities as well as employment awareness activities aimed at lessening barriers to employment for Indigenous youth.  Youth will gain skills and be introduced to Indigenous role models.

The program also encourages independence and self-esteem building by providing opportunities for the participants to help out in their community. They also go on outings ranging from educational to adventurous, always with fun in mind.

Three sessions each year that run for 12 weeks each.
