After almost three decades of service to Rossbrook House, we say a heartfelt farewell to Maria Vigna. Maria was a teacher at Eagle Circle from 1986 to 2006 where she educated and motivated dozens of teens. Since 2006 she accepted the Co-Executive Director position, working alongside Phil Chiappetta.
Maria has inspired children as well as her peers through her gentle demeanor, kind words and positive outlook. She has been a friend, mentor and teacher. We wish Maria all the best on her new journey, knowing that each one of us is a little bit better for having known her.
In a seamless transition, Phil Chiappetta continues to guide the leadership team in his role as Executive Director, effective April 1st. Phil has been with Rossbrook House for 35 years, first as a youth worker and Program Manager, and since 2006 as Co-Executive Director. His dedication to Rossbrook House is evident in his knowledge of and affection for Rossbrook House.
