Wednesday, September 2nd  / 4 – 7 pm  enjoy a Fall afternoon on the corner of Ross Avenue and Sherbrook Street.  Bring friends, colleagues and family to this very kid friendly event.  Rossbrook House in partnership with IRCOM (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba), WPS (Winnipeg Police Services) and HSC (Health Science Centre) celebrates positive relationships in our community with food, entertainment, bouncy castles, dunk tank, face painting and this year as a very special treat, a 4:30 PM performance by JAZZ ON WHEELS.   It’s all FREE as with most of the best things in life:  friends, fun and laughter.   Start your FALL by LIFTING SPIRITS and BUILDING COMMUNITY at the ACROSS CULTURES CARNIVAL!
