The Young Mothers’ program at Rossbrook House runs weekly September to June. The moms gather for an engaging evening designed just for them within a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Young Mothers’ Program is an encouraging and caring group for young mothers to learn new skills, relax, and nurture their families. It’s a great way for new moms to share and learn from each other.
This program allows moms, ages 15-24, to take a break with their peers. Their children are babysat by trained sitters and staff while the moms enjoy an evening of teachings and peer support. Topics might include traditional parenting techniques, career and education exploration, and community resources.
It’s about building a community of support. Together these moms learn new skills and make new friends.
