50th Birthday Luncheon Thank You

Thank you to all who celebrated with us!

The 50th Birthday Luncheon on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 was a sold out event!

We celebrated the last 50 years and the future of Rossbrook House and its programs for children and youth. From its humble and unexpected beginnings, since January 1976, Rossbrook House has provided a safe place for children and youth to belong, play, learn and become…

Former Executive Director, Phil Chiappetta, spoke about the early days and how ‘play’ is so important in what we do.

Sister Lesley Sacouman received a standing ovation after she left the stage- having shared from her heart what those early days meant to her, the other Sisters, and the children and youth. She said that Sister Gerry knew every participant’s name and their birthdays. She was really one of a kind!

Rossbrook House Foundation Chair, Larry McIntosh, wrapped things up with a thank you to all.
