We are about to say farewell to our 40th year… It was a busy and wonderful year that started off with a Rossbrook House gala evening, a celebration of 40 years. This was a first for Rossbrook and it was very successful!

In March we said goodbye to Co-Executive Director Maria Vigna. And Phil Chiappetta became the (solo) Executive Director.

The year was filled with programming, activities and outings. Learning Always saw record numbers. The White Sash Keepers and Leadership programs continued with several young people taking part. We added zumba and drop-in cooking classes.

The kids enjoyed swimming throughout the year with the youth loving the ball hockey! And the Summer was filled with numerous fun trips including a family outing to the Assiniboine Park Zoo.

The kids weren’t forgotten at Christmas time with many wonderful sponsors and supporters of all kinds donating their time to parties, donating gifts, food, knitted items… it really is overwhelming! There were parties for the kids with visits from Santa and that made them very happy!
